Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 2 November 2026
A pass is a one-time payment that opens parts of SelfRevise until the day shown on its card. This page says when we give your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.
1. Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel. A pass is a single payment, not a subscription: it never renews, and no money is ever taken from you again unless you buy another pass.
You can stop using SelfRevise whenever you like. Your pass simply runs to its day.
2. When we refund
We refund in full, no questions asked, if you write to us within 7 days of paying and have not used what the pass opened — no explanation read, no full paper started, no test of your own made beyond the free ones.
After that, or if you have used the pass, we still refund in these cases:
- You were charged twice for the same pass.
- You were charged and the pass never appeared on your account.
- The pass does not open what its card said it would, and we cannot put it right.
We do not refund because an exam was postponed, because you did not find the time to study, or because you changed your mind after using the pass. We will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
3. How to ask
Write to support@selfrevise.com from the email address on your account. Tell us when you paid; you do not need an order number, and never send us your card or UPI details — we would not be able to use them.
We reply within 3 working days, and tell you either that the refund is on its way or exactly why it is not.
4. How long it takes
Once we start a refund, Razorpay returns the money to the card, UPI app or bank account you paid from. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days; we cannot make that part faster.
The pass ends when the refund is made, and what it opened is locked again. Your finished attempts and results stay yours to read.
