Write from the email address on your account where you can — it saves us asking who you are.

• A payment or refund: within 3 working days.
• Your account, or a mistake in a question: within 3 working days.
• Anything about your personal data, including deleting your account: within 30 days, as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.

That address also reaches our grievance officer under that Act. Please write "Grievance" in the subject so it is not missed.
